What we plan
Family vacations and group tours
Trips where everyone from grandparents to toddlers is genuinely looked after.
Travelling as a family or a large group is a different planning problem from travelling as a couple. The itinerary has to work for the slowest walker and the most restless child at the same time, and the details that decide whether a trip feels relaxing — room configurations, travel-day length, where lunch happens — matter far more than the highlights list.
Pacing built for mixed groups
We keep travel days shorter, avoid back-to-back early starts, and build in unstructured time. A day with two well-chosen things in it almost always beats a day with five, particularly when grandparents or young children are travelling.
Rooms, access and the practical details
Connecting rooms, extra beds, ground-floor or lift-served rooms, and stays where the walk from car to reception is short. If anyone in the group has mobility needs, we plan around them from the start rather than working around them on arrival.
Food everyone can actually eat
Vegetarian, Jain, gluten-free, no-onion-no-garlic, or simply children who want something familiar — tell us at the planning stage and we choose stays and stops accordingly. This is one of the most common reasons a family trip goes well or badly, and it is entirely solvable in advance.
Groups beyond one family
Extended families travelling for a milestone, friends travelling together, community and society groups, and school or college groups. Larger groups change how transport and stays are arranged, so tell us the headcount early — it shapes almost everything else.
How we plan it
- You tell us the idea. One WhatsApp message with a rough sense of when, who and how long is enough to start.
- We draft the plan. Built around your budget and pace, with a reason behind every choice.
- We refine it together. Revise until it reads like your trip, then we book everything.
- You travel, we stay reachable. One message away for changes or recommendations.
Why plan this with Pushkar Tours
- Personal, always. You talk to the people who actually plan your trip, not a call centre or a booking system.
- End to end. Stays, transport, experiences and the small details in between are arranged together, so nothing falls between two suppliers.
- India and the world. Domestic depth across the country, with international reach when you want to go further.
- On call while you travel. One WhatsApp message away, wherever you are, for the whole trip.
Before you book
Quotations are prepared individually and stay subject to availability until the booking is confirmed in writing. Cancellation and refund terms vary by tour type, season and how much notice is given — whatever applies to your trip is communicated clearly before you confirm, never afterwards. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey, and consider it essential for international and high-altitude travel; we are happy to point you to suitable options. For international trips we also provide visa guidance and documentation checklists, though the grant of a visa always rests with the relevant authorities. Full terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Frequently asked questions
From a single family to large multi-family or community groups. Above roughly fifteen travellers the logistics change — coach transport, block bookings, a coordinator — so we plan those differently.
Yes, with the right destination and pacing. Some places suit toddlers far better than others, and we will say so honestly if a destination you are considering would be hard work with small children.
Yes. We adjust the sites visited, the walking involved, the room choices and the travel-day length. For pilgrimages we also arrange helicopter, pony or doli options where they exist.
